What is a Link Leader & the Link Crew Program?

Link Crew is a peer-mentoring program designed to train Juniors and Seniors at THS to be mentors and role models at school and in the community. The primary focus is to improve school culture and climate by mentoring a group of incoming Freshmen and helping them start high school feeling welcomed and supported. A Link Leader is a high school Junior or Senior who has applied and been accepted into the year-long peer-mentorship program and has attended the required training and orientation.
