ASB Meeting Minutes & Approvals
The Associated Student Body of Tracy High is elected by students yearly to provide leadership and student oversight of the school's ASB funds. Tracy High's ASB is composed of 5 elected Executive Council officials as well as Class Representatives who fulfill the following major roles:
- Developing a long-term vision for the ASB program and student culture;
- Establishing and maintaining a basic organizational structure for the student body, including the selection of the commissioners who works with Student government and the Activities Director to implement the program's vision;
- Ensuring program accountability and fiscal accountability to their fellow peers and school community; and
- Providing leadership and advocacy at the site, local, & state levels on behalf of the entire student body population.
Meeting dates: The ASB meets weekly during their 4th period Leadership & Student Government class to consider and approve activity requests, purchase orders, expenditures, as well as voice concerns and highlights of happenings at Tracy high School. To ensure that paperwork is approved in a timely manner, please submit any requests ON A MONDAY AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE, to the BOOKEEPER in the front office of Tracy high School, located at 315 E. 11th St. Tracy, CA 95376.
